Delete your account
You can permanently delete your MyNeighbourBasket account and profile at any time. Deletion cancels your active product subscriptions and, for shopkeepers, closes your shop. Past orders are retained for record-keeping and legal compliance. Deletion cannot be undone.
Delete from the app or website
- Sign in to the MyNeighbourBasket app, or to the web app with your registered phone number.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Or request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us from any address and include your registered phone number so we can verify the account:

Email requests are processed within 7 days. We will confirm once the account is deleted.
Data deleted: your profile (name, phone, email, photo, society) and sign-in account; your product subscriptions are cancelled. Data retained: order and review history, kept for shopkeepers' records, settlements and legal compliance.
